What you earn
Two milestones, around €200 of reward value in total.
Your balance grows every month. You redeem at two moments.
Milestone 1: twelve months paid on time
Around €70 of reward value is released. Choose from a travel voucher with our travel partner, local deals nearby or a gift card of your choice.
Milestone 2: twenty-four months paid on time
Another €130 or so is released. Two years of on-time renting adds up to roughly €200 of nominal value.

Receive your code
Your landlord gives you a personal registration code, with your lease, at renewal or at key handover.

Enter your code, confirm your email address and accept the programme terms. No password, no bank connection, no payment details.

Pay your rent as always
Directly to your landlord. Every month that arrives on time earns a confirmation and grows your balance.

Redeem at your milestone
After twelve months you pick your reward in the catalogue. You receive a voucher with a unique code, ready to use with the partner.
Where your points are worth most
Three kinds of rewards. You choose.
The same points are worth more with a partner than as a free gift card. That lets partners co-fund part of your reward, and gets you more for your points.

Fair terms
What you should know up front.
- Points, not cash
- Points can only be redeemed for rewards with partners. They are never paid out in money.
- On time means on time
- A payment counts as on time when it reaches your landlord within a few days of the due date. The exact period is in the programme terms.
- One late month is not a reset
- Your milestone moves back instead of disappearing: you need twelve on-time payments within a window of fourteen months.
- Moving within the same landlord
- If you move to another home of the same landlord, your counter and balance simply continue.
- Expiry
- Released points remain redeemable for eighteen months. We remind you well in advance. Points not yet released lapse when your lease ends.

Still have questions?
Does this cost me anything?
No. Participation is free for tenants. Your landlord pays a fee per participating tenant because the programme brings them more punctual payments and fewer tenant turnovers.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No. myRentPerk receives the payment status from your landlord's rent administration. We never see your bank transactions.
What if my landlord is not participating yet?
Join the waitlist and tell us who your landlord is. We will get in touch with them. Landlords join faster when they hear their tenants are asking.
Can I take my points to another landlord?
Released points stay redeemable until their expiry date, also after you move. Your counter towards the next milestone starts again with a landlord outside the programme.
Which data do you keep?
Your name, email address, the link to your lease, the monthly payment status (on time or not) and your points balance. Nothing more. Partners never receive your data, only the voucher you redeem.
