Your landlord joins
The landlord connects their rent administration to myRentPerk and gives every tenant a personal registration code, for instance with the lease or at key handover.

You pay your rent as always
Directly to your landlord, by transfer or direct debit. Every on-time payment earns points that you immediately see in your balance.

Redeem at your milestone
After twelve months of on-time payments your points become redeemable with partners: a travel voucher, local deals or a gift card. After twenty-four months a second, larger milestone follows.
