For landlords and property managers
Retention that pays for itself.
myRentPerk gives your tenants a reason to stay and to pay on time. For you it is a daily export from your property management system, not an IT project. Live in about twelve weeks.
The numbers
Every tenant turnover costs more than you think.
Vacancy between two leases, inspection reports, re-letting costs, refurbishment and administration: an average turnover quickly costs €1,000 to €1,500. Add late payments, reminders and collection on top. A programme that rewards tenants for staying and paying on time pays for itself with a few percentage points less churn.

What it delivers
Three effects, one programme.
Tenants stay longer
The milestones after twelve and twenty-four months land exactly when tenants decide to renew or leave. Whoever leaves forfeits their next milestone.
More punctual payments
Every on-time payment visibly earns points, every late payment pushes the milestone back. A positive nudge instead of a reminder letter.
A brand experience that stays yours
The programme runs under your name and visual identity, with myRentPerk as the engine. Your tenants experience it as a benefit from their landlord.
How it works
Not an IT project. An export.
We need one thing from you: the payment status per lease. We do the rest.
01
Daily export from your management system
A CSV over SFTP or an API connection, with the expected amount, due date and payment status per lease. Set up once, usually half a day of work for your IT team or software vendor.
02
Invitations through your channels
Every lease gets a personal registration code. You distribute them with the lease, at renewal or at key handover; we provide the templates in your visual identity.
03
We do the rest
Registration, point accrual, milestones, partner catalogue, vouchers and all tenant communication run through myRentPerk.
04
You follow up in a dashboard
Participation per building, payment status and the milestone pipeline: how many tenants reach their first milestone within sixty days. That is your re-letting signal.
What it costs
You only pay for tenants who participate.
No licence on your whole portfolio. No set-up cost for the standard integration.
€4
per participating tenant per month
All rewards, partner deals, communication, dashboard and support included.
€50
optional success fee per tenant who reaches 24 months
You only pay this for realised retention. One avoided turnover covers twenty success fees.
- Rewards and partner catalogue, including the travel voucher as the flagship
- All tenant communication in your visual identity, in Dutch, French and English
- Landlord dashboard with participation, payment status and milestone pipeline
- Data processing agreement, programme terms and onboarding material
For a portfolio of 3,500 units at 85% participation that comes to less than €50 per unit per year. The programme pays for itself once your annual churn drops by about three percentage points.
Live in about twelve weeks
From agreement to the first milestone communication.
Weeks 1 to 2
Alignment
Data contract for the export, data processing agreement, visual identity and programme terms.
Weeks 3 to 10
Connect and configure
Test export from your management system, import checks, registration flow, catalogue and dashboard.
Weeks 11 to 12
Dry run and roll-out
One full monthly cycle with one building, then phased roll-out across the portfolio.
Student housing
Built with the academic year in mind.
In student housing the twelve-month milestone lands right before the rebooking season. The message "your first reward is ready, and your counter keeps running if you stay" arrives at the moment of decision. If a tenant moves within your portfolio, counter and balance simply continue: moving between your own brands is rewarded rather than penalised.
Trust and compliance
What we do and do not do with data.
- Role
- myRentPerk acts as processor on your behalf. The data processing agreement includes the data contract as an annex.
- Data
- Lease reference, email address, expected amount, due date and payment status. No bank transactions, no national ID numbers, no credit information.
- Hosting
- All data in the European Union, stored encrypted, daily backups.
- Partners
- Partners never see individual tenant data. They only receive the voucher a tenant redeems and aggregated volumes.
